Type in payment amount

Click small green ‘check’ button in the bottom right hand side

Confirm amount and click next

Tap, insert or swipe card

Wait for authorisation

Sale will be confirmed and terminal will automatically print a merchant receipt, you can then print a customer copy or click ‘New Transaction’ for the next sale

In the top right hand side of the sale screen you will see a small Menu tab, click this and it will bring you a list of drop down options

Click ‘Main Menu’ , which is located at the top of the white drop down menu

Select the ‘Refund’ Icon

STEP 4

Type in amount to be refunded and tick the green ‘Check’ button in the bottom right hand side

STEP 5

Click ‘Next’ once happy with amount

STEP 6

Enter your User ID and Password here – these are what you use to log in

STEP 7

Refund will be successful and you can print a customer copy if required

*Be sure to return to main menu and click on ‘Sale’ icon to continue transacting

STEP 1

Click on the menu tab, when the drop down appears, click on ‘Main Menu’

Select ‘pre-auth’ and then press this again when it appears on the next screen

STEP 3

Type in amount and room number if this is the functionality available on your terminal

STEP 4

Type in/ Swipe / tap or enter your card in to take pre-auth amount.

STEP 5

Your confirmation will appear and receipt will print

Follow step 1 from Pre-Auth again

When you select pre-auth, on the next screen, select the ‘Active Pre-Auths’ button

You Can search by card number (last 4 digits) or Order ID

STEP 4

Your transaction will appear on the screen, click on this transaction to complete or Top Up Pre-Auth

STEP 5

Click ‘Complete’ and enter in the amount and click ‘next’.
*Because this machine is P2PE encrypted, you do not require the card number to complete the transaction

Your confirmation will appear and receipt will print

Select ‘Void Last Transaction’

Enter your User ID and Password here – these are what you use to log in

Double check the details and select ‘Void’ to proceed

Merchant copy of the void will be printed and you can then print a customer copy

*Be sure to click back to main menu and then back into ‘Sale’

To reprint the receipt for the last payment, go to Menu

STEP 2

Select Reprint Last Receipt. The customer copy of the receipt will print

STEP 3

Select Print Merchant Copy to print the merchant copy of the receipt

Click on Main Menu tab, from the drop-down, select ‘Close Batch’

STEP 2

You will be asked if you are sure you want to Close batch? – Click ‘Yes’

The screen will then show ‘Closed Batch’

STEP 4

You can either Print Summary, Print all Transactions or go back to the main menu

To close a shift, select Menu from the top right-hand corner of the screen and select End Shift from the drop down

STEP 2

You will be asked if you are sure you want to end the current shift, as you will be logged out? – Click Yes.

STEP 3

You will be advised that the shift has been ended. Click ‘Back to Main Menu’

STEP 4

On the main Menu, click ‘Transaction reports’

STEP 5

On the next screen, select ‘Shift’. This will bring you to a list of shifts on the terminal. Select the shift you want to view

STEP 6

This provides you with a summary of the transactions taken during that shift and if you scroll down, you can click on the ‘Print Summary’ button.

You can then return to the main menu once printed

Open Batch: This will display all transactions in the current batch, broken down by transaction type and card brand.

Shift: This will display all closed shifts. Select the shift you wish to report on.

Closed Batch: This will display all transactions in a previously closed batch, based on the date that you select.

Daily: This will show you a report of all transactions taken on a given day, based on the date you select

Pre-Auths: This will show you a report of all active Pre-Authorisations

STEP 1

From the drop down menu, select the ‘Users’ option

STEP 2

You will be prompted for your Supervisor details – this is required for creating new users

STEP 3

In the bottom right hand side of the screen, click on the plus sign to add a new user *Please note, once added, you cannot delete them.

STEP 4

Choose a User Id, (this must be numeric), enter the Username and create a password that is easy to remember (also numeric)

STEP 5

Select whether the user has clerk or supervisor access. For refund/ void permissions, you will need supervisor access.

STEP 6

Click ‘Save’

STEP 7

It will ask for confirmation of the request

STEP 8

Once you click ‘Yes’, you will be directed back to the list of users and your new user will be in the drop down menu

STEP 1

Click Menu and from the drop down, select ‘Terminal Settings’

STEP 2

You will be prompted for your Supervisor details

STEP 3

When you Login in, you need to scroll down the screen until you see ‘Custom Field’

STEP 4

Tick the box that says ‘Display custom field in Payment/ Pre-Auth’ and in the box underneath you can either type ‘Room number’ or ‘Table Number’ Depending on the function you require

STEP 5

Once you have typed in the details, click ‘Save & Exit’

STEP 6

This will revert back to the ‘Sale’ screen and now the ‘Room number’ will appear under the sale amount
